ikey (option) Pocket USB memory stick for data transfer. An easy option in your pocket keeps your business always up to date. ipot (option) Software for analysis of payload data. Whether using the USB ikey or wireless communication, all data are stored in one master database. From ipot, data can be exported to the invoicing software and different reports can be obtained out of it. With ipot an automatic printout can be launched on an office laser printer directly from your loader. |
Tipper Weighing System |
| The roll off tipper weighing design has one pressure transducer mounted on the lifting cylinder and two load pins are mounted in the rear pivot. The weighment has been recorded when the lifting cylinder is lift the load and when the body reaches certain height. The load pin measures the weight being on rear pivot and the pressure transducer measures the cylinder pressure which is proportional to the load acting on cylinder. The weight will be recorded only when the body is lifted. Features: Easy to operate. Operation: A simple two-step procedure for obtaining weights with this scale system: 1. Lift a roll-off refuse container onto the truck’ hoist. 2. Lower the hoist to a pre-marked weigh point. The weight shown on the meter’s display is the container weight. The container and hoist can then be lowered onto the truck’s chassis and locked for transporting. 3. To obtain optimum accuracy and performance, it is important that the equipment be regularly maintained and that the hoist cylinder does not leak. |
