Static Weighing System

Installating static rail weighbridge, static weighing, crane scales never been so simple as we didt with new pit less staric rail weigh bridge with speacially designed Loadcell and set of pre casted RCC slab. The convetional pit design has been replaced with our system with minimum shut down to install with scarifing the accuracy .. The system not only over come pit problem but also less manitnence and easy access .

Static Rail Weighing System

The SF32 digital weight provides the high performance and flexibility needed to meet the demands of industrial weighing applications. The very cost effective SF32 can excite up to 12 load cells, take 100 conversions per seconds and translate their noisy signals into an accurate and stable weight display. Advanced front-end-circuitry a 24-bit A/D converter.
The SF32 has two serial communications port that provide a full-duplex EDP port and a printer port. The EDP port is RS-232 standard RS485.

Electronic Hanging Scales

Our state of the art CS electronic hanging scales are simple, reliable, weather resistant, portable and optimizes the head room requirement and consists of a hanging element, high-precision load cell, 24 bit A/D converter and a 5-digit 1.2" (word height 40mm) digital display with high brightness, which can be clearly read from a relatively far distance. Use of anti-shaking and anti-vibrating swing intellectual digital filter stabilizes reading, with a stabilization time of less than 5 seconds
