The axle weigher software or the weigh in motion software is based on the objective to facilitate safe, efficient and abuse-free operation. As the axle is passing over the weigh pad, one-by-one, the consecutive number of measure axle will be displaying on the computer screen. When excess weight is detected, the computer emits an alarm sound to alert the operator. Some of the salient features of the software comprises of the following:

Juice Weighing System

We manufacture and supply juice weighing systems which is ideal to separate the juice in the storage bin according to user set point and control the input coarse and fine valve according to the user specified values. The juice weighing system comprises of two valves to separate the juice depends on the user set values. When the valves open the juice pour in the weigh bin and a load cell calculate it. If the weight of the bin comes to set values of the both valve and then it closes and then the outlet valve is opens and juice pour to collection bin. Followed by this, pumps are used to flow these juice to user requirement thus the end of one batch process. The basic objective of this system is to develop a compact simple yet flexible system for weighing and batching the juice. Our system uses one 8-bit micro controller for weighing, batching and control process, one 24 bit AD converter for converting the input analog signal into the digital value, one EEPROM for storing the digital calibration details, here we use keypad for data entry and operating menu function purpose. It also uses FANUC PLC, which is used to control the all input and output such as valves, liquid level sensor and the pump. Some of the salient features of our range are as follows:

Hopper And Tank Weighing System

Backed by our proficient workforce and vast industrial experience we are able to manufacture and provide hopper and tank weighing systems. Our systems are highly reliable owing to the sophisticated technology and robust construction. Our hopper tank systems rest on three to four load cells as per the requirement in the application area. The load cells are set up parallel to the junction box. In addition, signal transmitter or weight display unit is also connected to system.
